Our Philosophy

Wholistically Well is care for people, integrity of research and academics with practicality. We are proudly a haven of health, healing and hope. We want people to thrive in every area of their lives as a result of being connected with WW.

We are holistic in our approach; treating the whole person (mind, body, soul, spirit). Our foundation is functional medicine where we seek the underlying
causes rather than treating the symptoms. We are anti-diet culture and are committed to helping people develop healthy relationship with their body and food.

We use complementary therapies because they are safe in conjunction with medical therapies that clients may be undergoing such as chemotherapy. Our complementary therapies may include nutrition, education on massage therapy, and resource for aromatherapy and herbalism. We believe that complementary therapies can contribute to feeling better and living a restored life.

The Approach

Getting to Know You. Traveling through our protocols of homeostasis, lab work if needed and holistic modalities. We remind you that healing is a “whole” matter: mind, body, soul and spirit

The 5 Principles of Functional Medicine:

The Individual is not a
disease but a person

Functional medicine is evidence-based

The human body is self-healing

We each have the potential to heal diseases

Health is more than then absence of disease

On Being the Bridge
